I’ve had it in place for a couple weeks. Works great!
Purchased for room facing south side of home. Ran it for an hour and room temp dropped 5 degrees. Installation instructions did not cover placing vents in a double hung window. Some creative installing allowed efficient use of unit.
So far cools the room just fine. My only complain or issue would be the window kit. It didn’t fit my window so I had to add cardboard to make sure the hole is completely closed and also use some tape. It’s also big and bulky but I’m okay with that. I also like it has wheels at the bottom so it’s easy to move around.
In love this Ac, it remains my living room cold and has many features to adjust my room temperature.
The product works great. The instructions that came with it should be entirely redone. But the air conditioner itself is good.
Great AC and the price is far cheaper than most dual hose unit. We bought single hose and it doesn’t cool the entires bedroom due to negative pressure. With dual hose it cools the entire room much faster and no negative pressure. My son’s room has a bunk bed and he said no more hot air on the top bed unlike the single hose. He is a happy camper and loves the new unit.
Just bought this so only had it about 5 days. Maybe early for a one star rating but at the moment this is only blowing air out and not cold air. My ceiling fan is as cool as this is so not impressed at the moment. Looks like another lemon.
Instructions - had to adjust the vent connections and use builders insulation foam to fit it in a double hung window. Would have appreciated explanation of use in double hung windows in the instructions. It was a bit difficult to fit the tubing into the fittings - could have been a sturdier connector. My daughter need to help me to fit it in the window. It functions well with use of a box fan to help the air circulate.
The first day this was brilliant. Easy to set up but was confused about the window kit as it was dual hose. Day one blew cold, flawless. Today blowing very little cold air. Went through troubleshooting steps to no avail. Wondering if it is just this specific machine. Returning.

I Love the Actual product (Machine). However the assembly to a hung window is absolutely difficult. This was made for a sliding window, I had to make custom repairs to get it to fit the window.
The adapter that suppose to clip into the window doesn't attach, lock into place, or clip in. The install was difficult to say the very least. Won't buy another one for that very reason.
