I expected better quality the washing is fine but the dryer is not sufficient always wet

Didn’t work, took a whole day and clothes still were not dry. Then were horribly wrinkled. Great idea but needs some more work before putting it on the market. Total waste of money.
My washer had an issue but it was solved quickly which made me extremely happy. Good product.
Work great when it works. Had it break 2 times in less then 2.5 years. We do all the recomendations for maintenance. Been trying to get a hold of them for a few hours calling during normal business hours and cant get a hold of them and cant find the part anywhere online.
June Brooke is Prompt, Professional & Knowledgeable. After trying to use our washer/dryer halfway through the first use, it quit. I called the Number in the Owners Manual. My call was Promptly Answered by June Brooke. She asked me a few questions and promptly figured out what the problem was. We were having our fifth wheel worked on at Camping World she very quickly shipped them the correct part & now our Washer/Dryer is working again. We we're totally amazed that she could figure out the correct part just by speaking with us on the phone. When I called I was quite upset, because I thought the Washer/Dryer was we purchased junk, but June Brooke calmed me down Almost Immediately. She assured me that everything would be taken care of. During the entire time she kept us completely in the loop, we knew exactly what was going on & we much appreciate that. As a matter of fact I think June Brooke has communicated with us, better than anyone has ever communicated with us. She was absolutely AMAZING. In My Opinion as a now Very Satisfied Customer June Brooke Deserves Raise in Pay.
Although my washer dryer has had numerous issues the Equator team has been so helpful with the process of getting parts and having someone come out to fix it. June Brooke was the representative I had when dealing with my problem. She went above and beyond for me, the company that was subcontracted out for the work was very hard to work with. June would check in every step of the way and call them if something needed to be sorted out :)
Getting service was quick and easy. June Brooke handled my service request on Monday and my washer was repaired that Friday.
June Brooke was very profesional and helped me to fix my machine. She was attentive and always responded my text message. Excellent attention!!
I bought mine at Walmart witch made it easier but I had to have some of fixing something in the beginning and so I called and spoke to June Brooke and she made everything happen she got everything fix for me bless her heart u June

Mike informed me of the reset procedures for the E8 code on the washer dryer combo unit and it was successful after going through the instructions. I was very happy with his information and I want to thank you all so much.
Does not work well. I've tried looking for information about contacting someone about the machine and can't find it. Does not dry clothes like it should. I had to go to laundry mat to wash my clothes and dry them. You can only put like five items at a time in there. Lowes web site not very good with descriptions.
Amazing washer and dryer combo, we did have an issue with the inlet valve but you guys responded in such a quick and understanding manner that I was blown away. I never thought my wife would be so happy about a washer. You guys shipped us the replacement part immediately and even that was insanely fast. I'll be honest I will not think twice about purchasing a product from you guys. You guys are awesome and we appreciate everything you have done for us. Thank you so so much. Bought this combo washer because it was a all in one for my camper .had a few problems in the beginning .but the company stayed on top of the problem all the way Great people.now it works great for what I need

We bought this for our RV and it is perfect for small loads when you need clean towels and want to leave clothes in the RV and not bring them home dirty. It does take a while to dry but I expected that. It is the perfect size for the spot we had.
The product looks nice, powered on, and functions.
I was aware that it would have a smaller capacity, but a couple of towels is it’s maximum.
I’ve also yet to have it dry something fully.
It didn’t meet the needs we had hoped for in our basement.
