I am in Canada I have N 4400 equator combo machine it's perfect size perfect function .
I had an issue with my washer-dryer combo where the clothes weren’t drying properly and the machine seemed to overheat. Mike from customer support was really helpful—he understood the problem, followed up quickly, and helped get it sorted. Really appreciate his support
Once the drain hose came in and was replaced, it was good.
Works really great. I vented mine & it dries the clothes really good. Small loads but that’s acceptable, it is a small unit.
It’s perfect for my 5th wheel. Follow the instructions.
I would recommend it to others.
For our needs is was the best decision on getting this combo washer and dryer for our small home
Pro: compact, helpfull for small space-
Cons: Dryer : nvr dry, even if put 2-3 clothes, timer should be able to be less than 1 hr
Washer: soap dispenser: not sliding easily and softner have to add water.OMG!
and VERY inconvenient to have to drain after every use,( little box under neath).
Idk what this means it won’t go off so my thing is not working and I just got it 2 days ago
Worked twice in 2 weeks; then the panel went black. It just stopped working. Very poor unit. Nothing more to say other than buy something else. That’s what I had to do!
I had this for approximately 2 weeks and it went completely out and I have had it for more than a month and not been able to get customer service.

Had washer dyer 2 in one compact installed at my 1242 Mintin cabin. It’s wonderful and saved space considerably. Good for cabin needs. Was able to fit in kitchen. Near sink. Got permits and even vented it!! Hurray!

Bought about a mo ago and finally got it Installed with permit. I needed a compact 2 in one due to space in my cabin in The Forest. Of Big Bear. It’s Awsome and nice. I love it.
Washer dryer 2 in 1 was great. It was delivered to my cabin in Minton In big Bear. I needed a small machined to fit under cabinet. Passed inspections and happily washing now. Leave clothes and it dries in same space!
It is a pretty good machine. It does a medium size load very well. It does not always dry the first time is the only inconvenience.
I love this all in one. You can vent or not. If you use the vent it dries faster. I love the fact that it’s small and doesn’t take up so much space. It’s the best!

I have not had the product very long but it seems to be doing a good job. Easy to clean. Full time RV living is made easier with the machine. Washes a good size load of laundry.

I purchased this unit and after installation it did not work. Customer service called me back quickly and sent the parts need for repair. The service rep (James) was exceptionally helpful from start to finish
