There are two primary energy saving functions on this washer — the Delay Start and Automatic Water Level programs. Good features on washer and dryer
9/19/25 I purchased the EW 826+ED 866 stackable for more than $1900 with hoses and misc. I wanted to establish a relationship with the company and use for future rentals. I reached out with a dryer issue 4/27/26 that was never resolved by the company but by my personal contractor. 5/4/26 my complained of a loud sound during the spin cycle (I sent on a video to the schedulers. My communication with one scheduler was phenomenal but others were not while I was polite, patient and professional. 5/5/26 Mario promised he would keep word to me a day in advance and repair the unit. I did have to send in various photos and a part was ordered before seeing the unit. My contractor arrived early but Mario did not and did not call. 5/25/26 Mario tech and worker went out and replaced a part tested the spin cycle and left. The video proves the unit remains extremely loud despite their service. Also, a scheduler shared with me that they were invoiced days before arrival. I wanted to give this company a chance and all wanted was fairness, good service and a good product for my tenants. I received none of the above. As of 5/26/26 this issue is unresolved. I spoke with a great service person at corporate, Mike, who was empathetic and escalated my case to a manager. I will remain respectful and professional no matter the outcome. I spend lots of money to ensure my tenants are respected please respect us.
I’m quite impressed with this washer. I’m a mom of 5 kids and 2 dogs. This one is cleaning as well as my front load at home. The capacity isn’t better than I thought it would be. We’ve been on the road (family of 7) for three weeks and I’m running 2-3 loads a day and we’re keeping up! Cycles are fast too!
We are 100% happy we decided to buy this for our RV. We had gone back and forth on whether we wanted to bother or go to the laundromat.

We received the unit on time and in good shape. It was easy to install and the size was perfect for the area. Once installed, it would come up with an error code when trying to run the washer. I contacted the company and spoke with June Brooke. She was quick to help and got a service person out to fix the issue. Easy to work with and good communication. Thank you.
