I just got my washer and dryer in my RV and tested them out by doing 3 loads. The loads are small but does the job. My only problem is it doesn’t stay on the same setting after each use but that’s not a big problem.

Great eco washer and dryer small doesn’t take much space

We were called to schedule a drop off day, driver gave us a call with ETA that he would be here within an hour and he was right on time. Also brought it up the drive right to the door. Very happy with the whole experience.

Delivery company called the day before to confirm delivery. The driver called 30 minuted he arrived. Great communication!

I had specifically called and asked if they would be delivering inside the house and was told yes. But when they showed up, it was one guy who was not able to bring it up the stairs into the house on his own.

Product is great, delivery was horrible! She refused to deliver to my house even though I paid $400 for delivery! I had to call my son and he had to meet her 30 miles from my house and put in his pickup! Horrible experience!

The combo is working perfectly for our off grid lifestyle, the 110 volt operation requirements is what attracted us but the little duo have not failed to impress us every day we use them.

Product works well but the delivery could have been better considering the product was left on the door and I had no clue it was there until a friend of mine called me to notify me that there were 2 boxes on my porch.

I purchased both the washer and the dryer. They are a perfect fit and the largest kids size I could find for the space I have. Very quite and minimal shaking. I love all the features and that I can now do laundry in my rv which is my home.

Very good delivery service. They contacted me by phone to let me know they're ready to deliver. It was a 4 hour window but that's understandable. Washer/dryer had no visible damage.

Came in earlier than expected. Driver was polite.
The dispatcher was helpful when checking on the driver.

I was impressed to receive a call and text confirming that I had ordered the correct product for my needs. Most companies would have just shipped the product.

Item arrived broken and dented all over. Clearly was dropped a few times.

So far so good without trying the new product

Due to limits in space, this was the perfect unit and we did not have to give up quality.
